LingoBlank provides language-learning content and related learning tools. Features, supported languages, pricing, and availability may change over time.

2. Accounts

If an account is required for a feature, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Educational content

LingoBlank aims to provide high-quality language-learning material, but no educational result, examination score, fluency level, or professional outcome is guaranteed.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Where purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to the applicable store terms and policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, or use LingoBlank in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The LingoBlank brand, software, interface, curated learning materials, classifications, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.

7. Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
